The competition had an increased entry of 165 teams. The Zones (see further down) are complete. So are the Last Chance Saloons (see foot of page). These were one-day events, on 6th February at Nottingham High School and 7th February at Eton College, permitting last-minute qualification for the national stage of the competition. They were open to teams that had been knocked out of the Zones as well as teams that did not enter in the first place.
